We take the utmost care to assure your order arrives in pristine condition. All sales are final, and we do not offer returns for any other reason than damages during shipping. In the event your order arrives damaged, don't fret! We insure all orders for the full value of the merchandise. Please send us photos of the damaged packaging and merchandise as soon as possible so we can file a claim with the shipper. We will provide more detailed instructions for your replacement once we hear from you. Some items are very rare and irreplaceable, in the event of any unfortunate damage during shipping, you will be refunded for the item(s) once the claim has been processed by the carrier.
